As the name implies, it is a coffee table module created by bringing together two identical geometries in opposite directions in a layered and simple structure. The two-tiered surfaces allow for a relationship between the same design in a multiple settlement arrangement. The opposing directions and varying heights of the surfaces on the user side provide dynamism and character to the design.

A lightweight single seat with a tube bending construction, mesh wire seating surface, and a choice of upholstery that provides comfortable seating in both interior and exterior spaces. The materials selected during the design process offer both physical and visual lightness. The prominent contours define the volume it occupies within a space. With its metal frame and customizable upholstery colors, it is a modern single seat that can be used in both indoor and outdoor space planning.

In the chair design, it is preferred to keep the supporting system elements easily separable. The frame that connects the backrest and the seat and the intersecting vertical and horizontal connection elements within it form the character of the design.

The most characteristic feature of the ‘Hold’ chair is its simple structure and the back detail that contains dynamic movement while harmonizing with it. The circular part where the structure contacts the back forms the center of the cyclical movement on the back, establishing a dynamic connection with it. The current state of the chair represents an ideal moment where the movement is frozen.
